The first failed franchise that was founded by [[Gnomeo]], [[Spastica Autistica]], [[Kremit Croakbane]] and [[Coinclinkz]].
Gnomeo tricked them in to forming the franchise, under him as the CEO, as a means to steal their savings and flee the country; the franchise fell behind on fees and was promptly put up for fast resale by [[Acquisitions Inc]] head office. It was purchased by [[Grunt Roarson]] and rebranded as [[Nihilus Creatatus]].
