Roz Grakshnir is the ancient goblin secretary and administrator of [[Nihilus Creatatus]]; provided by head office, she runs the day to day of the franchise, oversees the minor employees and serves as a liaison with corporate.

She takes no nonsense, is exceptionally blunt, very difficult to please and does not tolerate people putting on airs around her.
