The Qumdrop swamp is a marshland a number of hours march from SiegHell that requires traversing The Outlet to get to; it is the location of the Dragon Queen's original lair and where her followers, the strongest of The Watt Tribe, lived.
In a dungeon under a large, old tree in the swamp, the party found the Race Changer Lab, where the incident with the Sheepgoblinborn occurred.
