lobster ship is a small, unique spelljammer that can be crewed by a one or two regular sized pilots, or up to 3 goblins. It is currently in the possession of Squelch's party, piloted by the goblin, Creampie.
The lobster ship was acquired during a mission to the bottom of the ocean to see the Sahuagin by Squelch and Zarveth; it's meant to be a significant power source that was coveted by the Dragon Queen for an unknown purpose.
