The first failed franchise that was founded by Gnomeo, Spastica Autistica, Kremit Croakbane and Coinclinkz.

Gnomeo tricked them in to forming the franchise, under him as the CEO, as a means to steal their savings and flee the country; the franchise fell behind on fees and was promptly put up for fast resale by Acquisitions Inc head office. It was purchased by Grunt Roarson and rebranded as Nihilus Creatatus.
