Local franchise of the Verdant Expansion Co operating in the area of New New New Jerusalem that the part defeated early in the campaign; they were investigating the site of a long lost franchise that were last working in the local forest. They rediscovered research that led to the reverse engineering of a crystal drill that was capable of tapping the arcane wellspring under the forest.
